Tom Claessens is a belgian amateur photographer born 1983 in the wonderful city of Antwerp. Raised within the city boundaries his first passion was music.
Attending classes as part of his college studies of graphic design, photography was added to that list, sharing a common denominator which is composition. Tom started documenting social life and derelict buildings but later became passionate about nature.
He shoots both digital and analog, processing 35mm, 120mm and 4x5 in a makeshift darkroom.
